  • What do I need to start a project?
    The first step would be submitting a brief and having a conversation about your project requirements. We would also require photos, floor plans or sketches with dimensions of the space to be rendered. We follow these design specifications strictly to make sure the final renderings are a perfectly accurate and to scale.
  • How much does it cost?
    This depends on the size of the project in square feet and the level of detailing required. To get a precise figure, kindly request a free quote for your project by filling the brief.
  • Do you sign NDA's?
    Yes we do and we never add a project to our portfolio until we have received prior permission from our client.
  • Can we become business partners?
    We are always open to forming long term relationships with potential clients. Also, you may apply to be our affiliate.
  • Can I pay after I get results?
    We require a 50% down payment of the fee to initate the project. The other 50% is paid upon approval of final results and to remove our watermarks.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods: - Bank Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express - Upwork escrow payments
  • What are your working hours?
    Our online support works 24/7. You can leave a message in a chat of your project group at any time and we would reply as soon as we can.
  • Are project revisions free?
    Yes, project revisions are free. By revisions, we mean changes that are less than 50% of the entire project workload. If the changes you want to make exceeds this limit, then we consider it a new project.
  • How do I stay in touch throughout the entire process?
    Our clients communicate with our project teams through mail, phone calls and our live chat.
  • Can you work off a provided 3D model?
    We are happy to work off client-provided 3D models. Format-wise, we can work with all the major software applications: SketchUp Revit SolidWorks 3D Studio Max Maya Blender And more
